Compensation is not equal for everyone

Why players are getting different amount of resources as compensation? My account has received 500 crystals meanwhile other player has received 1000 crystals and he didn’t experienced any problem at a...

I got double compensation (on one message), never submitted a ticket or completed the survey as I didn’t have any bother. Not that that helps anyone, but still. Was nice for me.
