Compensation is not equal for everyone

Why players are getting different amount of resources as compensation? My account has received 500 crystals meanwhile other player has received 1000 crystals and he didn’t experienced any problem at a...

its a stretch, but maybe people mistyped the user ID? i know I had trouble originally getting it right for swgoh.gg for example, so maybe a similar thing here
