Conquest - critical chance down

Anybody knows if there's a bug with the critical chance down feat? I've been using Bastila Shaq fallen, Zam Wesell, old Obi Wan. I've counted at least 50 that I manage to cast, not just attempt, in fights that I won, yet the counter shows 8 :/

Is it a typo and we're meant to do something else? Anybody has figured it out pls?
