Conquest - Just Can't Anymore... :(

Just… to address a few things:
1) Those “cylinders” are for refreshing stamina, which is drained as you use a unit in more battles. They’re useful in specific instances.
2) The consumables are for conquest and give your squad temporary (2 or 4 battles) stat or mechanic boosts when equipped. Again, useful in specific instances.
3) The plus pass increases your energy/stamina recharge rate, thereby saving you time and crystals you would otherwise have to spend to progress, so it’s indirectly rewarding you crystals by not having to spend them.
4) Buying either pass gives access to the bonus rewards tracks, which gives additional gear, character shards, and other resources.
5) Conquest is one of the best places to buy rare/valuable gear/mats like g12+ and signal data, the pass helps with this in numerous ways.
6) Conquest game mode is literally to award specific new characters, many of which are extremely powerful, and is the cheapest ways to acquire new characters at their relative power level in the game. Again, the pass helps make this more efficient or viable for a lot of people, so yes the pass does help obtain characters.
7) Conquest is also the best way to obtain datacrons and their upgrade materials, which are extremely impactful in PVP game modes GAC and TW.
Finally, welcome! Hope you stick around and enjoy the game. Keep in mind, this is a game with progression measured in years, and your experience within the game will change drastically as you progress. Maybe try to understand the game before you criticize it (there are many things worth criticism).

It seems our experience in Conquest is completely different.
My Conquest experience was extremely fun.
A few different Conquest stages asked for specific teams to get extra points.
I just laughed at those requirements and kept rocking with the only team I had available.
It was a blast!

As far as Conquest Pass goes, I found it to be a joke.
It made me laugh to be honest.
I am a beginner, but I have spent money.
I was even willing to spend money on there Conquest Pass, but I didn’t because it was useless.

They had items called consumables in there.
Useless! I don’t even know what game mode the consumables are for.

If that is there idea of a Conquest Pass, they are going to go Bankrupt.
I’m not buying that trash.
The Conquest Pass should have the Good Stuff.
Where are the Gems at? I want to see them Crystals Baby!
If it had Gems, I could at least get Energy Refreshes which could be useful.
Where are the Characters at? I should be able to unlock shards to character or something.
If it had Character Shards, I could at least think about if I like the character or not.
Than decide if I want to buy it.
The only good thing they had was Gear, but it was in very low amounts.
Completely sad.
In addition, The game should really allow players to convert Conquest Energy into Cantina Energy or Fleet Energy.
I had my Conquest Energy at max whole time.
It was such a waste.
