Conquest Sector 3 doubt feat

Question

I was using my Sith Empire team for the doubt sector feat up against a Mon Mothma rebel fighters - under Korriban's Legacy (Malgus Unique), doubt should be spreading when it expires (MM assisting clears and reapplies) and it was - I had 20 stacks of We Have Returned at one point. The match ends, and I check the feat counter to find I have 1/60 completed. Apparently only the first application (when I used Dark Deception) counts towards the feat. Is this WAI?

My guess is yes.  Feat says "inflict Doubt", and the only time you inflict it is when you use your special.  They aren't counting the spreading to the other enemies since you aren't actullly inflicting it
