I think there is a tech for each faction GC modifier, so there will be a lot to randomly pop up.
Not sure how tough and fast Sana's team is in easy, but have you tried your empire team under palp?
You've got palp, vader, gideon, thrawn. Pity there is no tank geared for them, but you could just throw old ben as your toughest tank in there. Or maybe Iden for protection recovery and more debuffs.
Palp will hurt the rebels on their own turns, plus tm gains from debuffs could get you there, maybe? All depends on ability levels you have and what disks you have so far. Maybe rolo will just wipe your team? I dunno, sorry.
