I tried that data disk for one battle, then unequipped it and sent it to the trash compactor.  It was ejected before jumping to light speed per imperial protocol.

Can we instakill a lot of these posts.  How do people manage reading datacron details as well?

Not trying to be a **bleep**, but honest question: Did you read the disk description before you equipped it? Did you know what it did before you started the battle?

I know why they put it in: we're going to get relic delta in Conquest, and that's going to make a lot of battles SUPER easy It can easily make it difficult to inflict all the debuffs you need before the battle is over. This F34T disk is for that purpose. And while some would say that they should have waited to introduce it at the same time as relic delta, we know that CG turns out bugged code - as humans do -  and so having it in the game a cycle early allows them to know it's WAI before players need it to complete feats. 

But as I said, RD isn't here now, so even if you have a lot of r9s, you shouldn't need the thing yet. Really, nobody should be using this disk, so I wonder why so many people did.
