After taking over, every Bounty Hunter/Rebel/whatever tag in the opposing Capital Ship's kit get replaced with Sith (including the crew ability). Now you get Max Healtg/Max Protection/Offense form Executor which helps with the damage output, you can grat your ships offense and a bonus turn with Profundity's basic, get Unending Loyalty from Negotiator etc. etc.
This is a great idea. Why be able to use enemy cap ships abilities when they're tied to opposite factions? Make more sense that if we took over the capital ship, its abilities would now relate to our faction (i.e. Sith). This would be a good improvement, and also make sense with the kit
