he got a simple kit. he use special when he can, and use basic otherwise.
when some1 will call him to assist, it will be more useful than FOO, since it will bring stun, even if it doesnt do much damage. with high potency, he will get nice TM after use special aswell, and offdown is pretty great.
so, if, somehow, you already have CUP with high gear and nice mods, and somehow, you use Full FO team, -you can swap CUP with FOO, for, theoretically - better defense. but id say dont do that aswell.

nope.
i think that CUP, on defense, using his special and putting at least 2 offDown will be better than FOO give his turn to some1 with 80% TM.
when called for assist, it also would be better, because his CUP basic base damage is bigger damage. overall less dmg because of FOO crit, but CUP can also bring the stun.
so, on DEFENSE (!!!!) - better use of special, better use of basic. i think it actually can work better than FOO.
the problem is, that i can say the same things on most of the toons on the game, because most of them won't burn 100% TM to add 20% TM, and lot of them have high basic/bonus on basic.
Sorry man but I run FO and FOO is irreplaceable in that team, he's the main reason they can compete with other teams in arena
