Coruscant Underworld Police - Does he have any effective usage?

All joking aside, having a 7* CUP makes me want to try using him somewhere, is there any team he is going to be somewhat decent in? Maybe as added utility with a Clone team with all the extra basi...

On defence it literally won't make a difference, the fact is FO won't get going, it's like playing a battle on auto; the AI makes bad decisions and that way you'll lost; subbing in CUP would just mean you get targeted EVEN MORE, so you'd drop further
I know id rather target a team with CUP than FOO
