Credit heist - probability to get 10M

I have cleared hardest phase 6 times...2.5 more x5 and 10m x1

When I got 10m 2 of my characters were dead...so the notion of survivors increasing rewards is null. Have had all 5 standing and as few as 1 alive on each of the 5 2.5m attempts as well

All I get is 2.5 but a guild mate got the 10 mil today.

My first time though only Han was left standing and I got 5M.

Me too.

I just got 2.5 mil on first round, then 5 mil on second.

I was able to 7 star a bunch of characters I had sitting around and earn about 6000 shards lol.

But one my guild mate got 10M and several 5M
