Crystals keep disappearing

Anyone else having an issue with crystals disappearing? I’ve lost 1500 crystals in less than 12 hours and haven’t bought anything. They just disappear, I submitted a ticket but haven’t heard back yet. Just wondering if anyone else is having this problem? This is incredibly frustrating. I went from 1500+ crystals to 22 in a blink and I have no idea why.

    Are you aware of the moving of items in Shipments? The first 2 rows are crystal buys..

    do you use emulator or auto clicker? the popup ads are sneaky and can mess up the ally point pack opening
