Culling Blade AI

Sometimes I've even seen DV use Culling Blade as his first action when no one on the team is debuffed.

I would also like it to be based on both buffs and debuffs and not just debuffs. If boba can do it why can’t Vader?

this... why is he culling undebuffed enemy? why is dont rather basic him to AB ...that dosnt make sense .. same for thrawn AI swap..
