Darth Nihilus and Fulcrum Shards

Got the message saying "Shipments have been updated to include a tile of Darth Nihilus and Fulcrum shards". My question is what shipments are they in?????

She would be in the shard shop when she goes to a node, which you can bet your life will be a single hard node

Given that she's late to the game in terms of the other marquee characters pacing, I'd wager at this point she'll be in the new shop that comes with territory battles.
