Didn't receive LST

I bought three LST from the webstore for the night sister's two relic 5 one relic three. I got one relic 5 and one relic 3 but the second relic 5 was "not processed" and I was given crystals. If I wanted crystals I would of bought them. I reached out to EA support who sent me to game support which after over a day still hasn't responded. I just want what I paid for and if not that a refund where do i go from here?
