Which is why no one runs him as a leader.. you said it there's better leaders out there. He's probably more effective outside a leadership position.
Take Nighsisters for example, talzin, asajj, daka, AND talia all of leadership abilities.. but you only ever see asajj or talzin as lead why? Because they're better. No one is calling for a talia or daka leader boost because. Why would they put them when there's better options?
