Will Darth Plagueis ever be added to the game? If so, I think he should be a legendary, or even galactic legend character. It would be cool to have a connection with Darth Sidious. Maybe if Darth Sidi...

Yeah! That would be cool, he could also be the first galactic legend to have a ship. Also since he used the Scimitar (later used by Darth Maul) he could have his own variant but the same ship. Kind of like the millennium falcon has more than one variant but it is that same ship.
