Data Collection on Bronzium Data Cards - Worth or not worth?

I wanted to start this thread so we can get a decent picture of what the odds are of pulling certain items/shards/toons. Please post any data you have such as how many pulls you did, ratios of toons/s...

Spent 1200 GW got 15 shards, while I would have likes a specific character, i broke even based on shards and everything else was extra.
