Some nice suggestions. The dismantle return just disappoints every time,

When they changed back to new DCs every month, they really needed to change the frequency of the L9 reroll materials. There needs to be another source of these other than TW or TW should double up and give the current and next DC season reroll materials.

Edit: actually, since we earn L9 reroll materials independently from Conquest, it would be best if they were independent from a Conquest season. Just one type of L9 reroll materials - good for any Datacron. That would solve a lot of problems and should be relatively easy to implement.

I like this idea.
The annoying one for me is the Mk2 gear. I can never farm enough of it compared to Mk1s & Mk3s. As the OP wrote, unlike earlier and later gear, you can't use shard shop currency to balance the off-set. I guess though, this is an intentional bottleneck.

  I can't imagine the Mk2 bottleneck being just an accident. It has to be an intentional bottleneck. You can get some with Ally points once or twice a season, but that's it. It basically is spend extra crystals to do more farming or spend crystals directly.
