Datacron question related to revive and no revive DCs

Question

Question.What if one side has a tank revive DC equipped and the other side has the cannot be revived DC equipped.  Is a revive performed or blocked?My assumption is the Magnus, GAS, Nil mechanics trump any DC mechanics but what about those DCs that are opposite?

Can't revive ahould trump revive unless 1. CG programs it wrong2. Revive says can't be prevented (think endless ranks for IT in galactic challenge)

My guild tested it this last war and can't revive does trump revive. We used GAS vs Malgus and they had the tank revive datacron on. They didn't revive at all
