I don't think it's that good. It makes Rey revive, but she is usually the last to go down anyway. Holdo's seems better for Rey IMO

except if Ben is on the team that will be extra annoying. First you have to get both Rey and Ben to half health, then you need to kill Ben, then you need to kill Rey before your leader takes a turn so Ben doesn't revive. Now after Rey dies she Revives. so now you need to kill Rey again, but also Ben will keep reviving on your leader's turn so your doing the back and forth even more and risking Rey getting more ults and whirlwinds off Killing you.
yes a no revive cron or ability will help, but without those limited options it can be tough
