Datadisk Debuffs
Does anyone know who applies debuffs from Conquest Datadisks, the attacker (my team) or the does the toon being attacked apply the debuffs to themselves? I've come across a couple of BH teams with Cad...

To answer my own question: the thermal detonators applied by Thermal Exhaust are considered applied by the enemy, so Cad keeps healing if you're applying too many debuffs, and thus putting on too many Thermal Detonators. VA debuffs are applied by the character dealing damage, and will help you kill Cad fast.
