It works, in the fact that you can apply it. However its damage is significantly reduced.
Yeah. The damage is 0.03% (for reference, thermals on raid bosses are generally 0.04% - 0.06% depending on the person placing them). @Mcmole -- any chance you could give P2 HAAT a try with Deathtrooper as the 5th person? I'd think that the sheer number of attacks the clones get would make that add up really quickly.
