relic delta just breaks a lot of the PVE content. Good luck to new players getting starkiller, bo katan, etc.
for the whales, they are fighting other whales. it really isn't going to have any affect on them for PVP. Unless one of them sells there account and the person that bought the account starts fighting new players.
