Deleted account

Hi there everyone I need some help

I was playing on my main account one day and was linking it to transfer and I transferred over so on my other device I had it on I deleted the app and reset the phone and wiped everything on it etc and then the next day I come back to it and it was gone and I looked into my guild thought my second account and was still there the account is all active but is now a different now but isn’t being played at all. I need help in trying to get it back.

Thanks any help would be appreciated as I have put lots of money and time into the game

Yeah I linked it and transferred it to my other phone and then restored the other one I transferred it from and then come the next day I now don’t have an account but it’s still in the game isn’t active or anything just changed names I don’t have access to it but I have another account and can see it’s still in the game

Again, how exactly did you do it? Via game Center or Facebook?

All I can suggest is make sure you are logged in to Facebook (save the password on your phone so it doesn't need you to manually log on). Once in swgoh , assuming it's back to the tutorial / starting account , go into setting and click "have account" and follow the on screen instructions to redownload the old account from Facebook. If this doesn't work , you will have to go through support to get access back which can be a challenge.

A second though. Do you have more than one Facebook accounts on your phone ? Make sure you are logged into the one you saved swgoh data with.

No I only have one account on my phone and was linked to that Facebook on my phone that’s all and then I got into the game the next day and then that menu came up again and then I go to log it in again and then tells me there is no account linked to this Facebook. So it’s been deleted I have found out that much I just want to be able to recover it as my profile is still within the game but I haven’t got access to it.

How is your second account linked? Also through Facebook? If yes, is it the same Facebook profile?
If again yes, there lies the problem. Just as in game store, you can only link one account per profile.

No it’s a different Facebook I’m playing on blue stacks with the other one.
I have a fake account made up for that one just for the game.

have you linked it to EA Connect? If you login to the webstore with that EA Connect... is it your wanted account?

I could never get the ea connect to work through my account. But from all the ea support messages and whatnot they have come back and said sorry can’t help unfortunately, but I’m not giving up that easy as I have spent years on the game and money on it. And I’m not letting it go to waste for someone to hack my account unlink everything and delete it.
