Dengar the Disappointment: Can Dengar be used without Rex

Same feelings. Disappointment

However i am making ~7 mil on t7 heroic with one squad

Resisted? Yes!
Landing dengar's debuff perfectly? No
Landing speed down from 1 shot after tenacity down? No
From 2nd shot? Noo
Resisted speed down after tenacity down? Yeees
