Dengar the Disappointment: Can Dengar be used without Rex

Most of my guild don't have Rex, they just use a speed boosted EE instead, boosting Teebo turns. Dengars job description isn't solo P1 and P2 so personally don't understand why the disappointment but I'm sure it's possible with EE in the mix and Teebo RNG luck on stealth. I've got a T7 tonight so I'll try..

Teebo EE QGJ Dengar Jawa, mostly 180-200 speed, and may the luck of Teebo RNG be with me..
