- The messaging is wrong and under review for a change. You didn't get rewards because you didn't make an attempt.
- Do 1 battle in the raid... just 1 and you'll get rewards. Or do all 5 and help the guild out

Yeah they flagged it for review a while ago. Although it's also been 3ish? weeks since the last update so that might be part of it.
