Did the Conquest-store-probability of bane shards for crystals change?

I have 325/330 Shards of Bane and im trying for 3 Days now to get the last 5 Shards in the conquest store…did they like change the probability to get him with 600 crystals there? Im losing my mind on resetting and just amidala etc. shows up…

    I think he's moved to proving grounds now  not sure if he still shows up after that
