Did they forgot to add JKL event back?
He's last even has been more than 90 days now. Can we at least have a date when the next event will hit?

This is probably exactly why they would wait LONGER to bring him back the third time. They threw us a bone by bringing him back on the early side of things because he was required for JML. But now they want JML owners to feel like their investment was validated. If you didn't get him the second time around, that's on you.
If we get him for Christmas that will be very generous. Based on other cadences and the aforementioned reason of keeping JML owners happy, it wouldn't be unexpected to get him back mid-January.
would make more sense they bring him back very fast, because then they could grab panic-farm-money - waiting longer only let us prepare longer -> save unlock for everyone
That's exactly what they DID do. Brought him back early the second time to get a grab for JML. Everyone should be ready for him the third time regardless.
