Did they nerf shard drops recently?
The last few days I’ve noticed a drastic decrease in the character shards dropping from hard nodes, from typically around 4-6 per five sims to now 0-2. Have I just had a prolonged stretch of bad luck...

It’s much better to track your drops cumulatively. If you do so, you won’t fixate on the odd bad day / series of days.
