I had this happen a few months ago with the Wat Tambor LSB. It took almost a month for EA to fix the issue... I had to go through EA help and submit multiple tickets in-game before I was able to get any help with it. I had to tell them multiple times and show proof that I purchased a LSB and not crystals. I wish you luck and hope you're able to get it fixed.
