Disable relic delta for Pve event like GL.

So today i did over 50 pirate king holdo run on the tier 3. 

Why? Relic delta.... They give you a low relic level ahsoka that need to survive vs a relic 8 vader. Vader simply 1 tap her. Making the run an rng fest of vader not hitting ahsoka in his 3-4 turn. 

Now im affraid for next conquest. How im supposed to do hard to unlock those conquest characters with the last tier 6 being full of r9 unit with 60% boosted stats 

Please do not kill your game with an other massive exode of player... It already happening.
