The bigger issue to me is that CAT, Maul, and Interceptor are all great in all game modes with 0 omis. BFSJ is Scoundrel/BH filler without his omis and his omis are only available in 1 game mode.
Maybe a year from now we'll have several more lackluster Conquest characters and he won't seem so bad in comparison. But for now, in the current class of 4 Conquest characters, he's WAY behind the others, imo.
