Do mods affect a pilot/ships power rating?
Just as the title says. Do mods equipped on the pilot affect the power rating of their ship? Or just their level, star rating, and the level and star rating of the ship?

The mods have some effect, but not much as they just effect the overall stats of the pilot themselves by a small amount and then those stats are transferred to the ship based on the star level of the pilot, the ship and the gear tier of the pilot.
