If you're facing a faster Tie and a Biggs you wouldn't be starting that well especially since only RNG matters with your two first TL (tie & Biggs). As i said it's only about RNG, rare ships and pilots you have to gear to the tooths even if you don't play them anywhere else.
Ships strategy is so poorly designed you could play the same with different admirals, quite boring at best.
I'm glad you win your battles easily but you don't seem to understand than actual fun isn't necessarily related to how easily you faceroll content (quite the opposite for some people tbh).
