Maybe the poison gas he invented could be added. And why not add the 4 super troopers as part of a new squad?

    The poison gas is represented by Damage Over Time.

    Also, he goes on an Emperor Palpatine team. If you put both Hemlock and Mara Jade with Emperor Palpatine, he'll be more powerful.
