It's an interesting idea for his kit, but I think he would use the poison debuff that was introduced with the krayt dragon raid instead of damage over time. I also suspect (and hope) that he will be a legendary event during the cavalry episodes, probably needing the new bad batch characters. Furthermore, I think that having one or several unique buffs would be fitting, possibly buffs which are applied based on the class of the character who is receiving them, which could be called something like genetic enhancement. Also, I saw that he was gaining insight in this kit, which I think would be interesting, but where does he spend it?
I've made adjustments to his kit.
If you use him on an Emperor Palpatine team with Mara Jade, the enemy team will be in for a tough time. Mara gives EP constant turn meter, and Hemlock's presence means he can't be Defeated.This is looking pretty solid. The only concern I have is the EP synergy which, while flavorful from a lore perspective, is blocked from a meta perspective because the most common starkiller team uses EP/Mara Jade. Since in the show we see him at a meeting with imperial officers including Tarkin and Krennic, maybe having synergy with them would work. I've had Tarkin and Krennic sitting at mid relics not being used for ages, it would be great to have a use for them in GAC and TW.
