Dodge Since the Update

Okay, I hate to be "one of those guys", but I play this game enough that when something changes it jumps out at me and pokes me in the eye. Repeatedly. I've never seen so many dodges against non-do...

I still run old Ben, don't see more dodges for myself but it seems enemy Phasma leads dodge just as much as bens

Perhaps the base chance to dodge has been increased, just as there is a base 15% resist chance.
