Dodge Since the Update
Okay, I hate to be "one of those guys", but I play this game enough that when something changes it jumps out at me and pokes me in the eye. Repeatedly. I've never seen so many dodges against non-do...

I don't see the change, "AI" always dodges way more than should be possible. It's nothing new.
However in Arena I faced omegaed IG88 lead with 214 speed Sid with omegaed demoralizing blows. Sid started with AoE and placed 5 dots on everyone. That's cool, as his potency was as high as 2.71%. Figured I should try it again, next time he landed them on four of my guys, with one guy getting only 1 dot.
My lowest tenacity was in 30's, Lando had 65. Made no difference.
So whatever you see your opponent do you cannot trust the numbers, with "AI" the numbers don't really matter.
