does weakpoint disk stack?
The Weak Point adds 4% offense for every debuff on all characters. Is this stacking?

Are you sure - isn't the stacking part that the 4 % stacks more offence with more debuffs ?
But, it would be better if it was 2 times 4 % than 8 % - so CG most likely made them stack to 8 %
