Your Bossk will still be intact and unchanged. It only affects characters lower than R5 and skills lower than level 7. If your characters have more than 330 shards but have not yet activated them, they will be activated, the excess shards (greater than 330) will be transferred. to SSC, if your character is not activated and has less than 330 shards, nothing will be refunded other than the character activated at R5
