Definitely after. In my day we couldn't walk over the event with KRU, we had to do it with Phasma lead. And we had to walk uphill while doing it. Both ways.

10 feet of snow! I even zeta phasma lead pre-KRU release and now phases doesn’t even make the line up for my FO team, phasma zeta almost as regrettable as savage oppress back long ago when was needed to do heroic tank raid
I like her Zeta actually but I think the reason why hers isn’t at good anymore is KRU dominates FO Leadership and there are only 8 FO toons. Having say 10 total would make her much more useful instead of a 3 man team and toss in randoms.
