there support is awful.
i purchased the Signal Data Mastery I pack, got sent crystals, but was charged twice.
Spoke to support over a few days, was told that i had purchased it twice, so spoke to my bank, and no it was a double charge, spoke to support again, still my problem i had purchasied it twice.
luckly i had taken a screenshot of the pack, in the image was the magic words 'purchase limit 1'.
a refund was given, but it had taken about 4 or 5 messgaes with support.
PLUS
i still didn't get access to the extra bundle the was on offer...so there support is awful, and thats being nice.
my advice/experience is, do not buy from the webstore.
But the webstore offers a much better deals and I have had not issues in the past. Also my Apple account is not connected with any card so I can't make in-game purchases there, the webstore offers a wide range of payment methods.
That's also a shame you got treated like that.
