Drop the raid star requirements.
With the influx of new characters (primarily in response to Rogue One) who are possible to unlock, but impractical to 7*, it would be nice to drop the * requirements for toons who can be used in raids...

Raid is there to gear the new toons :) Would be nice to use our 4* toons, shore, baze, chirrut, jyn are worth useing as 4* if funny geared.
