DSR bringing balance to the arena

For all the flak that CG gets (some deservedly...some not)...the DSR/SE introduction has actually slowed down the pace of the arena. DSR is a really good character but it's not the end all be all.

Meta breakdown has a bunch of DSR squad with JKR, CLS, EP lead DSR, EP lead Traya, and even Bastila being viable. It is the "rock paper scissors" scenario people have wanted.

Mods are playing a key role again but you can counter mods with team compositions.

    Don't thank them yet. Only the top 25 and in some older servers top 50 is diverse. For example mine is still a sea of JKR. Nothing has changed for me. DR is good for the game. JKR is still not.

    Same here. I float between 200 and 500. It’s all JKR with 280 or more total speed. I can’t commit to taking those 6* mods off of Han and chewie so I’ll continue to fluctuate

    Well..you can't expect changes all the way down in the 200 to 500 range when the meta is first time around...it really only affects top 50 or so...bigger shift second time around.

    I’m crossed my fingers that 1-2 months after DR is rereleased, they don’t give us a new character that makes all of these current teams irrelevant.

    DR yes , DSR no. What's next? DSB for Bastilla Fallen? ? but yeah I agree , change up the JKR meta please n thank you

    How is it bringing balance when there cannot be THAT many people with the team needed to do it. Maybe it is just that in the 4 years I've been playing somehow I was kept in the dark about how to get the toons and gear needed? I'm still trying for 7* BB8...and only now am I within one raid away from having Gen Kenobi at 7*

    Jedi Revan was the same way the first time he came around - the very top of the shard was all Revans but there were still a decent amount of CLS, Nightsister and Traya teams in the top 100. You won't see arenas really get shaken up until the 2nd time Darth Revan comes.
