Similar thing happened to me I purchased SEE pack I have sent all he screenshots they asked for my back statement iTunes and nothing. I won’t be able to repurchase it either as it has expired. They refuse to give me the bundle. I’m very close to quitting after all this nonsense there is no way they can’t see I purchased it. It even disappeared off of my store while it was still available.
