It's very frustrating, isn't it. Things aren't working how they should. EA help is useful for some things, but not many actual in game things. It really shouldn't be like this, but that's how EA works.
The worst thing (IMO) with this Tano issue, are the guilds taking advantage of it by loading a front wall of them in TW. Clearly trying to abuse a bug.
CG, don't give us enough feed-back on certain issues either. I guess they know about it, it's been reported as a bug. However, where are they going with it? Or care or can fix it?
Disappearing buttons bug isn't something you can guarantee to happen. GLAT having a propensity to cause a known, old bug isn't on the players, it's on CG. GLAT is aso a staple defense team. A GLAT wall in TW is to be expected, same as a Rey wall or QA or [insert_any_meta_defense].
Well I feel sure guilds are deliberately putting GLATs on the front 2 walls because of the bug, hoping to get some holds due to disappearing buttons.
