I disagree that teams shouldn't have counters, but I will say that the first 2 levels of the new assault battle are way overtuned. It's meant to dish out shards of Capt Enoch, Night Trooper, and DT(Peridea). So why should my r7 Night Trooper even get scratched?
I got the shards without a problem (and couldn't advance past that b/c my Enoch is still 21/100 towards that 7th star), but unless I've guessed terribly wrong, people with g7/4* won't beat the first tier and g9/5* characters aren't going to beat the second.
There's no reason for this. Tier1 is open, no minimums that I can tell except unlocking the toons. Tier2 requires 5* characters. Let those players win and get their shards and progress. This seems entirely wrongheaded.
