Signal Data Pricing Reversal?

It appears that the reduced cost of Signal Data has been discontinued by CG without notification...again. I'm not sure the reason for this reversal of this good thing. I waited to see if the refresh in weekly shipments was the same reversal seen in featured shipments. Why are you guys 'dicking around' with these childish manipulations. Make a decision and then stick with it!
